2. Cosa fa l'app

CheckDiary è un diario personale: ti permette di segnare ogni giorno un gesto (foto, video corto, vocale o frase) e l'umore, scrivere voci con foto, video e vocali, ritrovarle nel calendario e nella ricerca, e crearne un film o un libro in PDF. Tutto quello che contiene lo scrivi e lo scegli tu.

3. Il contenuto è tuo

Testi, foto, video e vocali restano tuoi: il Titolare non ne acquista alcun diritto e non li vede. Sei tu responsabile di quello che metti nel diario e di come condividi il film o il libro, nel rispetto dei diritti delle persone che vi compaiono. La trascrizione automatica dei vocali può contenere errori.

5. I tuoi dati e le copie

Il diario resta sul tuo dispositivo e, se lo scegli, nel tuo iCloud Drive o Google Drive (vedi l'informativa privacy). Poiché il Titolare non ne conserva copia, non può recuperarlo per te: ti consigliamo di tenere attiva la copia automatica.

6. Uso corretto

Non è consentito decompilare, modificare o distribuire l'app, né aggirare i controlli dell'abbonamento, salvo quanto la legge consente espressamente.

7. Responsabilità

L'app è fornita con cura ma senza garanzia che sia sempre priva di errori o disponibile. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il titolare non risponde della perdita di dati dovuta a cancellazione, guasto o smarrimento del dispositivo senza copia. Restano salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore, compresa la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.

8. Modifiche

Questi termini possono essere aggiornati; la nuova versione è pubblicata su questa pagina con la data. Le modifiche sostanziali all'abbonamento non si applicano al periodo già pagato.

9. Legge applicabile

Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore.

2. What the app does

CheckDiary is a personal diary: it lets you mark a daily moment (photo, short video, voice note or line) and your mood, write entries with photos, videos and voice notes, find them in the calendar and search, and turn them into a film or a PDF book. Everything it contains is written and chosen by you.

3. Your content is yours

Text, photos, videos and voice notes remain yours: the controller acquires no rights to them and does not see them. You are responsible for what you put in the diary and for how you share the film or the book, respecting the rights of the people who appear in them. Automatic transcription of voice notes may contain errors.

5. Your data and copies

Your diary stays on your device and, if you choose, in your iCloud Drive or Google Drive (see the privacy policy). As we keep no copy, we cannot recover it for you: keep the automatic copy on.

6. Fair use

You may not decompile, modify or redistribute the app, or circumvent the subscription checks, except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Liability

The app is provided with care but without a guarantee that it is always error-free or available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data lost through deletion, failure or loss of a device without a copy. Your mandatory consumer rights, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, are unaffected.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page with its date. Material changes to the subscription do not apply to a period already paid.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country.
